Hello, my name is Leo Janiga, and I would like to share my story with you. My immense passion lies in strength training and muscular development, a journey I began exploring at the age of 14. I decided to start exercising because I was extremely thin for my tall stature, and I felt uncomfortable with that situation. Through training, I managed to overcome challenges and transform my weight from 65 kg to 110 kg. During this extended period, I also leaned down to lower body fat percentages, so when it comes to weight transformation, I've navigated both ends of the spectrum effortlessly.
From my early workouts, I devoted countless hours to self-study to efficiently make progress. Exercise has always been a matter close to my heart, and that's why I delved deep into the world of nutrition, strength, and hypertrophic training. It's not just theoretical knowledge stored in my head; I've turned success into results, even in powerlifting competitions. I am a proud active member of the IPF powerlifting federation, which means I am always up to date with current trends in strength training.
Currently, my goal is to qualify for the IPF Worlds, the world championships in powerlifting. I believe this challenge will push my limits and bring new experiences.
